What is the estimated shipping date? All pre-order sales are scheduled to be shipped the week of June 9, 2025.

Is the scheduled shipping date guaranteed, or is it subject to change? While we strive to adhere to our scheduled shipping date, unforeseen events can sometimes lead to changes. We will promptly notify you if any adjustments become necessary.

Are there any differences between the pre-order version and the final retail version? No, there are no differences. By pre-ordering, you secured your item and ensured you received it upon release, but the product itself is the same as the retail version.

What is the full price, including shipping and taxes? The SONREN golf ball price per dozen is $24.99, and we now offer a 20% Early Supporter Discount, plus $7 ecomomy shipping cost. Taxes are calculated based on your state's tax rate.

Is there a limit on the number of pre-orders available? Yes, there is a limit. You can pre-order up to 6 dozen Golf Balls. Pre-order now before they sell out!

Will there be restocks if the pre-order sells out? Yes, the golf balls will be restocked however the early supporter discount will not be offered.

When will my payment be processed? All pre-order payments will be processed Immediately.

Can I cancel my pre-order and get a full refund?  You can receive a full refund for pre-order cancellations made within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, cancellations will be issued as SONREN store credit.

What is the return policy for pre-ordered items? Unused and unopened, pre-ordered items can be returned within 14 days of shipment. A $7 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns of used or damaged items will be issued as SONREN store credit.

Will I be notified when my order ships? We'll send you an email with your tracking number during the week of June 9, 2025, to let you know your order is shipping. Once you receive that email, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery."
